On Monday, Ms Sarkis and Mr Capel took A level and BTEC Media students to the University of Greenwich for a workshop on Video game programming. Students were shown how to create and edit levels in a video game. They were then given a tour of the campus and a talk on student life.

One student said “The trip to Greenwich University was an amazing experience. I have learnt a lot and had a tour around the university from the student ambassadors. I have got a lot of helpful, important advice about how university is like, and I have been given guidance on how I will pick my courses/degree, and the right one for university. After today’s trip, I feel like I will apply to Greenwich University to study Media and Sociology combined, as I was given advice and talks about the variety of courses they do and how they have courses you can do combined, which I found really helpful.”
