Year 13 Cooking Class
Posted on: 24/04/2024On 24th April 2024, a small group of Year 13 students attended a cooking demo, which was aimed at teaching them simple ways to cook for when they leave for university.
The demonstration was led by Mr Small who is the area chef from Innovate, which is Mayfield's catering company. Not only did the chef cook a delicious meal, he educated the students by discussing the importance of batch cooking, to help with being cost effective, as well as how to limit food waste.
